I love portable ham radio. Living in Florida, it's mostly hiking and POTA but when I get out west, I do SOTA if I can. For me, it's about getting past "analysis paralysis" and just getting out and getting on the air. I've activated POTA parks in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. No pedantic perspectives here...just having fun.
